OK – I know it’s not Wednesday – it’s Friday, so this will have to be the Weekly Wisdom, rather than the Wednesday Wisdom!

The reason I didn’t do this on Wednesday is that I had a mid-week meltdown!  I was feeling exhausted from just one too many things that I had to deal with (mostly new technology!) – but the good news is that I’m back!

You can’t speak well – online or offline when you’re suffering from burnout.  Here are 4 tips that really helped me and I hope they help you too! 🙂
